Haku Group is a multi-brand hospitality group shaped by craftsmanship, precision, and a deep respect for ingredients.

Based in Penang, Malaysia, the group develops and operates a portfolio of distinct dining concepts that draw from local terroir, regional traditions, and contemporary culinary thinking. Each concept is guided by a clear identity - where flavour, technique, and experience are considered with intent and discipline.

At its core, Haku Group explores a modern interpretation of cuisine rooted in local ingredients and cooking culture. The group’s flagship brand, Haku, has been recognised among Tatler Dining Malaysia’s Best Restaurants for two consecutive years, reflecting a consistent pursuit of excellence in both cuisine and experience.

Haku Group is also recognised by the Malaysia Book of Records, including for presenting the largest tuna cutting show in Malaysia, a demonstration of both scale and technical mastery.
